  • Automated Digital Data: IP addresses, access logs, submission timestamps, and electronic consent logs to ensure valid legal evidence of consent.

4. Purpose of Data Processing and Utilization

TaiyoEnergy collects and processes personal data strictly for transparent and legitimate B2B business purposes, including:

  • Receiving inquiries, analyzing engineering drawings, and providing technical proposals and quotation sheets for battery energy storage system (BESS/ESS) container enclosures, electrical cabinets, or specialized container structures.
  • Directly contacting you for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) consultation, commercial contract negotiations, factory site surveys, and order fulfillment as mutually agreed.
  • Updating production schedules, sharing quality inspection records, and providing warranty and post-delivery customer care services.

5. Security of Technical Drawings and Information Safety

  • Protection of Technical Drawings & Engineering Solutions: All technical drawing files, engineering models, and configuration parameters provided by customers are classified as the Intellectual Property and Confidential Information of the Customer. TaiyoEnergy strictly restricts access solely to designated internal engineers in charge of estimation and DFM review, with a strict commitment never to copy, disclose, or transfer such data externally without prior written authorization.
  • Technical Safeguards: TaiyoEnergy’s website and data server infrastructure are deployed with standard transport layer encryption (SSL/HTTPS), enterprise firewalls, and stringent access control protocols.
  • Information Security Incident Response: In the unforeseen event of a data security incident beyond reasonable control, TaiyoEnergy undertakes to immediately initiate emergency mitigation procedures and notify the data subjects along with competent regulatory authorities in compliance with statutory requirements.

10. Policy Updates and Governing Language

Governing Language Clause: This Policy is executed in Vietnamese and translated into English. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English translation and the original Vietnamese version, the original Vietnamese version shall prevail and be legally binding.
